The source of this photo is not known, but the idea was distributed, below the master class of its incarnation:
To begin with, we cut jeans and apply a tissue for a skirt to see an approximate picture of the desired.
The picture below shows how jeans was cut. Front in the chest area are made, for better landing.
Next, the case of taste (in my opinion, this is superfluous), the author decorated the product with laces and sewed mounted pockets (attached to the strap):
