It is better to paint both sides of kitchen doors. After one side dry, it is necessary to lay white clean paper on the table, put the part of the painted surface down and paint the other side.
Maybe you will need to apply a layer of paint. This layer is applied with a new painting pad. You can take the already used, but then it must be rinsed very well with a solvent, and then any detergent.
