Having disassembled the old ruins in the garden of the private house, I came across the thrown out. I wanted to give a new life of things, transforming it into a photo frame.
If you have such a desire, you will need:
- Old fortie.
- Sandpaper.
- Rust remove tool.
- Grinding machine.
- Paper tape.
- Glue.
- Strapboard.
- Glass.
- Screws.
- Nails.
- Acrylic varnish with a desired color.
- Putty wood.
- The photo.
- Rope.
First, we need to disassemble the window. It is necessary in order to make it convenient to restore the details.
Magnify the iron parts (I was soaked in Pepsi, there is an orthophosphoric acid that helps to remove rust). They were soaked for me for a day. After that, I had a little processed the grinding machine and it turned out what I need!
Wooden details treated emery paper.
After the result of processing I completely satisfy me, I collected all the details in the original appearance. Connected using titanium glue, as well as the strength of the compound is given metal corners. Since this will be a photo frame, we insert the glass and fix the head with a hammer and cloves without a hat.
Splitelka is needed to remove the irregularities that you do not like. I shook the junctions of the stroke. After complete drying, carefully we pass in shallow sandpaper to align the surface of the joint.
Go to the processing of wood acrylic varnish. We take the paper tape and gently glue it on the glass in order to not blur it. Tassel evenly applied varnish on the surface and wait until completely drying.
After you prepare a photo and fix it with carnations. Attend the rope on which our frame will hold on and hang on the wall.
The result is satisfied! Very stylish turned the frame.
