Quite often because of the small space in the house put a full-fledged table. But fantasy and "golden hands" will always make their job. Today we offer an open hinged tabletop, which is easy to make with your own hands. This is a low-budget option and a very original, the so-called option 2 in 1 - the locker with the shelves and the table top at the same time. So, proceed!
Step 1.
By the proposed scheme and the specified sizes we saw wooden boards. If you have previously worked with lumber, then creating a wooden frame for you will not be a special difficulty. Melt every board carefully and only then scold.
Step 2.
Next, connect the boards to get a frame for the future folding table. With the help of glue for a tree on the top and bottom of the frame, add a separate piece of the board, thus we get a full-fledged frame. Do not forget, with the help of the level to check the accuracy of the collected folding table.
Step 3.
Gently fasten pieces of the frame and fasten the wooden planks with screws. Next, the board, which will serve as a countertop (by the way, can be used as a frame for the frame, and as a tabletop) attach to the already made frame with the shelves on a continuous (pious) hinge. But this is a screwdriver.
Step 4.
On the front of the plywood, which will serve as a tabletop and the door to secure loops (we will be clinging the metal chain). We screw the same loops on the two side panels of the frame right in the center. Carefully check the hinge as it works - open and close the buffet door. On the sides of the frame on the loop, attach S-shaped hooks.
Step 5.
Secure the metal chain on S-shaped hooks and make sure that the countertop opens and closes in accordance with the safety standards. If the countertop opens under a big inclination. Then adjust the length of the chain so that the buffet countertop opened perpendicular to the wall.
With the help of a drill, attach an additional bar, which will fix the paneur to the wall when opening.
Step 6.
Inspect the worktop carefully if you need to pass it away. Empty clearances can be sealed with wooden filler. The remnants of the adhesive can also be stabbed. After the surface of the tabletop has become smooth, you can start painting.
Step 7.
In order not to be painted metal objects need to be removed. Now proceed to painting. It is recommended to choose the paint more professional. In order for the paint longer to keep it on a wooden surface, it can be opened with transparent polyurethane for external work. But this should be done after the first layer of paint is dry.
Step 8.
After painting and drying to the frame of the countertops, the assembly clamps are concerned. With their help, it will be possible to close the worktop (it will not be written independently).
Buffet is ready, it remains to fasten it on the wall. To do this, choose fasteners, it all depends on the thickness of the wall, on which you will place a folding table-buffet.
Step 9.
