I want to share five ways to toning with coffee toys from textiles. There are many of them, but I chose the most worthy.
Love for coffee is one of the reasons for which this passion originated and turned into a pleasant job. I adore the smell of coffee, the aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. It is pleasant for the eye color, it is natural and multifaceted. I try to convey it in my works. Shove dolls and toys about three years. 1. Toning the tissue itself.

Composition: 100-150 gr. Water, 2 teaspoons of coffee, 0.5 h. Spoons of cinnamon, 0.5 h. Vanilla spoons.
Method of preparation: Dilm coffee, cinnamon, vanillin in boiled water. And paint the fabric, dry.
Operate the edge with divorces, but sometimes it can be used as a highlight or reapient with ribbons, lace.
3. Usually I use for an attic, primitive toy.
Composition: 100 gr. Water, 2 h. Coffee spoons, 1 h. Spoon cinnamon, 1 h. Spoon cocoa, vanilla bag (not vanilla sugar), 1st. Spoon of PVA glue.
Method of preparation: in hot water to make coffee, cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla. Water is better pouring into mixed ingredients, and not vice versa. Let's cool, and add glue PVA. Focus from lumps, if they are, and paint the usual sponge for dishes, pressing well. I make a warm solution, about 45 degrees, such that PVA did not curl. Warm and cold solution stains a bit in different color.
4. I use dolls for painting.
Composition: 150 gr. Hot water, 1.5 h. Compound coffee, 0.5 h. Spoons of cinnamon, 1 tsp Vanilla, 1 tbsp. Spoon of PVA glue.
Method of preparation: like the previous one. In hot water to make coffee, cinnamon, vanilla. Let's cool, and add glue PVA. Focusing from lumps, if they are and staining with a regular sponge for dishes, well pressing, starting with the head. I make a warm solution, about 45 degrees, such that PVA did not curl. Warm and cold solution stains a bit in different color.
Try to press the sponge well so that the fabric does not wet through. Such is usually a hairdryer and leave until complete drying.
5. I use when you need to give a toy another color or combine color with coffee primer.
Composition: 150 gr. Hot water, 0.5 h. Coffee spoons, 0.5 h cinnamon spoons, 1 tsp Vanilla, 1st. Spoon of PVA glue, 1 t. Spoon of the stationery corrector, paint for the fabric (the amount is determined by the color of the desired shade).
Method of preparation: in hot water to make coffee, cinnamon, vanilla. Let us completely cool and add PVA glue and proofreader, paint to the desired color (constantly try and dry the hairdryer to see the final result). Focusing from lumps, if they are, and paint the usual sponge for the dishes, well pressing, starting from the head.
And finally, a few secrets:
- Take yourself as a rule: before starting any work, any fabric is washed (preferably by natural means);
- When staining, wear gloves, especially in the latter way (though, though it smells delicious, but look yellowed);
- If a small spot on the toy, which you want to be removed, try to rub it neatly very small emery paper. Here is the result before and after:
- Experiment with coloring on small pieces of fabric (trimming), from which toy is sewn, dry it with a hairdryer and look, whether the color is satisfied with you. Color before and after drying is always different;
- Contact any failure as a call for creativity. Come up with how to fix it, close the lace, draw the paint detail or toned pastel. Sometimes unusual results are obtained.
