Manufacture of a piano casket

I was going to make a casket Royal for a long time, and finally, it came to her. I will show you the whole process of its manufacture. The drawing was taken on the Internet from the magazine "Scroll-Saw-WoodWorking-and-Crafts-2012-Issue-48". He drank on the Electrolzik Proxxon. Sizes: Length 23 cm, width 15 cm, height 12 cm, depth 3 cm

For the manufacture of a casket, I used the following materials:

• tree (birch);
• MDF 6mm;
• Accessories (loops);
• White soil;
• varnish.

The first step of my work began with the printing of the drawing of the box and stickers on the tree (cover and bottom of the casket from MDF):

Next What I did, saw the base of the box, the lid and the bottom, carefully everything is grinding:

Then I cleaned the bottom to the base of the box (glue moment of the joiner):

Carefully customize the accessories on the cover of the box:

Then I saw the legs, a lyra column, pedal legs (made of toothpicks). All stuck to the champions:

I drink and customizing the keyboard, then the image of the imitating keys will be glued to it:

Then I made the holder for the casket cover and glued everything to the base:

Everything is painted in white ground, varnished. It turns out a piano-box:
