In the 17-18 centuries of England, the wool embroidery with characteristic colors and motifs acquired great popularity. This topic was influenced by the drawings of Venetian and needle lace, Flemish textiles, the theme of which were curved stylized leaves.
In no reasonable houses in this embroidery, wall drapery, sofa pillows, textiles stools, window curtains, floor carpets were decorated.
To date, such motifs are popular in textiles as well. The masters combine various techniques and materials in their works ... But these wonderful flowers of the Paradise Garden are still sitting in the minds of the embroiderers.
