Children's Linen Dresses

I want to share with all creative people with my knowledge and experience, especially when it comes to children. You can instill with the child a sense of excellent through your own example, surrounding yourself with beauty and creating an appropriate atmosphere around yourself. In this master class, we will talk about the painting of the children's linen dress, so the product sewing process will not be considered.

Children's Linen Dresses

For work, we will need the following materials:

- Linen fabric;

- paper (tracing);

- simple pencil and eraser;

- contour acrylic for decola tissue (red and black);

- a small cloth for wiping the outline of the contour (best of all x / b);

- Acrylic paints for Decola fabric;

- brush of protein or columns (No. 1-2, optional);

- frame (for tissue taking);

- claws or buttons.

Children 2015.

In our case, there will be an elegant dress to the trapezoid, about 2 years (height 92). First you need to decide on the pattern: what will be drawn, where the drawing will be located and what size is to do. I decided to draw something cute, so I stopped on small mischievous bearings.

We start with the design of the sketch. I always draw on a tracing, but this is a matter of taste. On a piece of paper, I noted the contours of the pattern to visually present the location of the drawing. And it all depends on your imagination! In my version, the drawing will be located in front along the entire length of the dress:

We take a piece of fabric to which the pattern of our item has already been transferred (where the picture is) and gently stretch on the frame using claws or ordinary buttons.

Council : Best of all items intended for painting, do not cut exactly by pattern. It is advisable to cut with such a margin at the edges so that the cutting of the tissue is close to the frame size. In addition, if traces (holes) from the buttons or claws remain, they should not be visible on the product itself. That's when the painting is completed, then you can cut everything too much.

Now that the tissue is stretched, you need to carefully put the drawing from below and gently draw a pencil on the front side of the dress.

Painting on fabric

Tip: If the fabric is quite dense, then the drawing is almost not visible through it. In this case, you can use the glass (as a table) and the lamp: the fabric is placed on the glass, the drawing between glass and cloth, and the lamp is installed under the glass so that the light falls from the bottom up. In this case, you can then first translate the drawing on the fabric, and then only pull it out. I went to another way: since the model is small, then I translated the drawing through the window (as in childhood!) And then I pulled. Frankly, it's not very convenient, but sometimes I do that.

You can start painting. First, enter the contour drawing so that the paint does not spread, and the work looked neatly.

Tip: If you have never worked out before contours, then it is better to practice pre-on a piece of fabric. The fact is that the intensity of the outlet of the paint from the tube depends on the strength of pressing it with his fingers. If you crush weakly - there will be a very thin intermittent line, and the paint can go beyond the desired zone. If you crush greatly, the line will be fat and the neakkurata is spoiled. Therefore, it is necessary to first feel the intensity with which you need to pressed on the tube. The hand needs to be calm, do not hurry. Personally, I almost do not breathe when I work the contour. Be sure to wipe the Tube's spout before starting the line, otherwise there is a risk of "smearing" next to the lines.

Let's start with the ribbon, so we will supply the red contour everything that is conceived by the sketch. At the same time, watches, so that you accidentally hurt your hand, since the contour needs some time to dry.

Painting fabric

After the ribbon is circled, take the black outline and we supply bears.

Tip: It is better not to rush and make more interruptions so that the contour so time to frozen. I do a "respite" of 15-20 minutes, if I understand that in later work I can accidentally hurt already drawn items. With the experience of such interruptions, it is becoming less and less.

When the work with contours is over, it is necessary to leave the item to dry well (according to the instructions on the tube). I most often leave the product for the night, it is quite enough when working with contours for DECOLA fabric.

Before you start working with paints, I want to note that it falls and spreads on different fabrics is not the same, so non-compliance with some recommendations in some cases can "roll", and in others it is fraught with a complete alteration on a new segment of the tissue. Instead of palette, I use the bottom of the plastic bottle - very comfortable!

The paint needs to be divorced by a driver so that it is not very liquid and not very thick. If the water is too much, the paint flows out of the contour (I repeat, depends on the tissue!) Keep the ribbon in red, we do not exit the contour.

All colors of the paints "Decola" can be mixed with each other to obtain the necessary shades. It is necessary to start work with a lighter shade, and then apply darker top from above. From brown, white and black flowers, we get the shade of beige we need and start painting the bears. To give the volume and "liveliness" in the right places, we look with darker brown in the right places, just to do it in another wet beige 1 in this case, the paint spreads more naturally.

Tip: Acrylic paints during drying are created on the tissue some layer, so the fabric in this place becomes more dense. So that our product does not stood with a cola, I recommend not to paint the surface in several layers.

Here are such mischievous bears!

Only flowers remained! I intentionally did not supply them by the contour, so we breed with water paint for them not necessary . We take yellow and straight out of the jar, it is very thick, it doesn't waste on flax).

We almost finished. Paint should now dry, drying time is written on a box or a jar. According to the instructions, after complete drying, it is necessary to fasten the paint so that the product can be erased (in compliance with certain conditions). For this, the iron in the "Cotton" mode through a h / b fabric (required!) During 5 minutes, each piece of drawing is stuffed.

Remove the item from the frame, cut off everything too much.

Now you can start the sewing of our wonderful idea. Thinking about the health of the child and that he should be comfortable in my clothes, I decided to make a dress double: the upper part is linen, and the bottom dress is 100% cotton. For me personally, it is very important for me so that the starve is as beautiful as the front side, so the lower dresses are sewn gentle lace in case the rumble shovels upstairs. Sewing in detail we will not consider, since there are a large number of all sorts of guides and descriptions on sewing, so I will show you immediately ready the result:
