Process:
At first, I doubled the plaid asmetry.
Then I bent the foundation by making a kind of gate and outlined it.
I processed the edge of the gate with another cloth, also into the cage, hanged the edge of the gate received by this cloth.
After that, I glued a leather finish along the edge of the checkered fabric on the collar, and sewed this leather strip.
The next step: it was necessary to choose where the poncho will be fastened. I squeeze poncho and sketched one half on the left shoulder, I decided that it would be fastened from behind on the left shoulder. I made labels on my shoulder and sewed 2 magnetic fasteners, and also marked the opposite side, where two other magnetic buttons will be sewn. To make it more clear - I didn't give it a poncho-shawl, it dresses like a shawl, you throw it on the shoulders around, but asymmetric and fasten on the shoulder, I adapted not to unbutton, but simply to do through my head like a sweater.
For beauty, I sewed a decorative leather strap,. I had a buckle from the old belt, I had a skin brown skin to her, and across the edges stuck exactly the same finish from dark causing skin as on the gate.
Additional detail: I connected the edge on the right side (ahead) with the rear part - it turned out something similar to the sleeve, which is also processed by the same brown skin.
Thanks for your attention, I hope that the master class with photos has not been confusing.
