Paper from rice is quite thin, slight rough white sheets. Of course, in the industrial manufacture of paper, the process is very complex, but at home we will try to make it in a simple way.
So, first prepare "Materials":
- 400 grams of rice flour;
- 25 grams of salt;
- 150 grams of chilled water.
Rice paper manufacture:
one. Move the flour through the sieve and pour into it prepared in advance salt and water. Check the dough and knead it for 15 minutes.
2. Put the dough into any dishes and cover. After half an hour, roll the dough to a very subtle embarrassment on a hopper, covered with chilled flour.
3. Divide the dough on the squares, the size of 15 * 15 cm.
four. Dry sheets and paper ready.
