It was a pity on the paint of finance, and I left the situation in the following way. Dissolved in gasoline bitumen.
The paint mass was released, which I painted the entire bottom of the balcony, along with plywood fences. Keeps so far. I wish to pay attention to that I have a balcony to the north. In the case when it was south, then in the summer could have a solid increase in the temperature inside the building. The black surface is strikingly heated in the sun. It does not follow such paint to cover fences and wood surfaces of buildings - it is flammable and will also heat the adjacent space.
But for painting cemetery monuments, fences, the most. Pre-processing is not needed, so slightly decrease with a knife. Bitumen flows into all the thinnest gaps and wets the surface, enveloping rust particles. It is painted with a conventional tassel or roller, they are then well laundered by the same gasoline.
Recipe.
We take in the proportion of 1 liter of gasoline (from 95th and higher), + grams of 300 bitumen. Bitum grind and suck in the same plastic bottle per 1, 5 liters. Pour gasoline there. To stand until readiness should, in a warm place from a month, maybe less. The term largely depends on the temperature, the size of the bitumen particles and the frequency of shaking (you need to translate several times).
Cost. 15 rubles per liter of gasoline.
Bitumen can sometimes just choose in places where the repair of a flat roof was carried out. Usually pieces remain. Or to buy in the economic departments of the stores, it costs, somewhere 10 rubles (for 300 grams). Total liter of black paint for 15-25 rubles. The problem may arise with the purchase of gasoline, who has no car. Because in my city, for example, gasoline sells only in a metal container, and preferably at least 5 liters.
