For the construction of each subsequent house, there will be from 10 to 25 thousand recycled plastic bottles.
The building process is as follows. First it is erected by steel frame, then it is filled with empty plastic bottles. In the next step, all the necessary engineering communications are installed and the wiring is mounted. To increase the strength and stability of the entire design of the wall of bottles, reinforced with a metal mesh and a liquid concrete solution, which is given to harden. Next, the walls of the bottles are plastered concrete, the window frames and doors are inserted, the roof is erected and the sewer is installed.
According to the entrepreneur, the use of plastic bottles as a wall material allows not only to reduce waste, but also reduce the construction time by making it more profitable. Moreover, the walls have such good isolation that the house does not need additional air conditioning. Well, the concreting of the gaps between the bottles provides high seismic resistance of the house.
The cost of houses of various areas is estimated from 149 to 300 thousand US dollars. Cafeterias and training center will also be built in the village.
