Ingredients:
Watermelon (6-8 kg) - 1 pc.
gelatin
Water boiled
Vodka at will
Cooking:
1. Watermelon is thoroughly washed under water, dry and cut in half. From both halves of watermelon with a spoon and a knife get the whole pulp.
2. Watermelon pulp spoon and skip through a sieve to remove bones.
3. Soak in water in water according to the instructions specified on the package.
4. Connect the dissipated gelatin with the watermelon pulp and mix well.
5. Heat the watermelon-gelatin mass on fire, not bringing to a boil.
6. If the dessert is prepared for adults, you can add to this mixture of vodka (2-3 cups).
7. Pour the watermelon-gential mass into the prepared watermelon form.
8. Put the dessert from the watermelon to the refrigerator until the jelly is frozen (at least 4 hours).
9. Before serving to the table, cut the dessert with small slices and decompose on the dish.
