The world always appreciates furniture and interior items from a natural tree. Today I will present you my master class on creating a shelf-cell. In it, I as you can tell you the whole technical process.
First, I am a cherior product in the program "Basis Forecker" with an accurate indication of dimensions and fasteners. Dimensions of this shelf: in 300 x and 350 x and 180 mm.
After I draw sawing. For the manufacture I use the furniture shield of the Extra category. The most difficult when sawing to observe the angle at the junction of the blanks so that when assembling the shelf it was even and proportional.
Molded blanks with a grinding sponge so that at painting it was not raised the pile and the product was smooth, and after bonding with each other with the help of the Kleiberit glue and the naughty spills from the pneumaticist. Studs can be replaced with thin cloves with a small hat so that they are not noticeable.
Shelf-honeycomb is bonded.
After drying the glue, you must view all the joints of the compounds, if necessary, to scream with a putty on the tree and go through the grinding sponge again. It is ready for painting.
For coloring, I use the concentrated sayerlack morone to tone the "Cherry" and launches it to the shade you need.
For fixing the simulation and giving smoothness, covering it with two-component lacquer on the Sayerlack tree, if after the coating the first layer of varnish the product has roughness due to the pile to raise, then the top layer of varnish is sanding with a grinding sponge for varnish (it is very small) and coat the second layer varnish.
Shelves-honeycomb is ready!
It remains to attach fasteners and place on the wall.
The shelf is very unusual in its design and thanks to its versatility from it, various compositions can be made on the wall.
