Although this design project has been developed for an apartment, which will be leased, many ideas can be emphasized for our own housing :)
The main feature is a studio apartment. That is, sleep, eat and receive guests in the same room.
Despite the fact that the apartment is designed for 2 people, the kitchen set is large and spacious. And at the dinner table, 6 people will easily settle down. The fact is that part of the dining table is planned for use as a place for short-term work on a laptop.
The slightest noise in the kitchen will wake off sleeping in the bedroom area. However, there are people who sleep like babies even for alarm clock :)
You can eat and watch TV simultaneously. Although someone will surprise! Many eat on the sofa :)
A small niche bedroom can be delayed with a curtain. It will not save from sounds, but at least you can hide an inaccurate bed from guests :)
In general, such a studio apartment is not suitable for everyone. Rather, for those couples that wake up and have breakfast at the same time.
