The problem of insufficient space in apartments, perhaps, was always relevant: how to accommodate everything you need on a rather small area? Today, this question perfectly solves furniture-transformer. For example, the rack table excellent saves space and a slight movement of the hand from the shelves turns into a table. Of course, it is worth such furniture a lot, however, if we are very patient, you can make it yourself.

You will need:

• Metal profile pipe;
• wooden plank;
• metal strip;
• paint on wood or varnish;

First of all, you need to prepare the shelves and countertops. Their number and parameters depend on your preferences. Prepared boards, if necessary, sand and cover with paint or varnish. If there are 2 boards on the shelf, it is not necessary to glue them, because later they will be laid in the "Frame", it is enough to just put the online boards.

Next, you need to prepare metal parts, of which the entire "framework" for the whole mechanism will be assembled. With a metal strip, first cut the bands equal to the length of the shelves, one to each each. From the profile tube we cut the guides and legs.

Then you need to prepare M-shaped parts. They consist of two parts: two strips of different lengths, the total length of which is equal to the width of the shelves. In the upper corners of the M-shaped parts we drill holes for fastening the guides to bearings, and along the length of the hole for fastening the shelves. All the details weld with each other and clean the seams, after which we cover all the paint for metal.

Next, put the shelves in the resulting metal framework and lay out everything in the form of a tabletop, not a rack. I exhibit all the gaps, adjust the length of the legs and guides if necessary. Fix the shelves within the framework of the frames, the frames of each other with each other connect with the help of guides and bearings. We weld the legs.
