I like IKEA or not, but it is worth a recognition that some ideas of this company really deserve attention. One of these ideas is 3D hearts enclosed in the frame. The price on the official website is € 15, we will try to make it on our own.
We will need:
• Frame with high edges
• Knife for decoupage or scalpel
• Pencil and eraser
• Color decorative paper and cardboard
• Rule, scissorsone
First of all choose paper. For the outside, on which we will cut hearts, it is better to use dense paper (cardboard) that will keep the shape, and for the background you can use any, even fine paper. The choice of color and pattern lies completely at you, there are no restrictions here.
Step 1. Cut the cardboard for the size of your frame. Depending on which pattern you chose (in our case, these are hearts), we make the pattern of the desired size.
Step 2. Using the finished template, we apply the required number of hearts to the cardboard.
Step 3. Cut on cardboard hearts, leaving the base of the hearts intact. After all the hearts are cut, carefully wipe the track from the pencil.
Step 4. Carefully, not to break the paper holding the hearts, bending the half outward.one
Step 5. It remains only to insert cardboard with hearts and background paper into the frame.
