In Russia, Oleg Sergievsky's idea turned out to be unclaimed, but the foreign entrepreneurs were interested in their lives.
Invented by the resident of the Sverdlovsk region, a thorough-measuring instrument, combining a circulation, a vehicle and a ruler, which has no analogues in the world, did not impress the domestic manufacturers. But the Chinese reacted very quickly and set up production and sale.
- I will not get a penny from this, since I do not have an international patent, but I'm not offended by them. I got satisfaction because my work someone appreciated, I received satisfaction from my work, "said Oleg Sergievsky inventor.
According to him, he had to deal with the circles all his life: first at school, then at work. All these years he often died and eventually decided to come up with how to make this subject safe.
First, the tool had a semicircular transport form. And the second model has become more like a 10-centimeter ruler. In the invention everything is very simple: millimeters are marked on the scale with small holes, in the center of the instrument there is a rotating retainer. It is enough to insert a handle or pencil into the hole and turn the tool - the circle is drawn without any circulation.
- Oleg Henrikhovich brought me a batch of copies of his invention and offered to try out and express his opinion, "said Nataliya Trubaev, head of the Mathematics Teachers Association of Mathematics of Yekaterinburg. - I believe that a very comfortable thing.
Oleg Sergievsky issued a Russian patent for his invention, sent a description of the work on various enterprises and firms that could start the release of a safe circulation. But the answer did not come.
The interest was shown only in China. After receiving a drawing, foreigners immediately adjusted the mass release of the tool. Information about the sale of this circulation is on many Chinese sites.
- The invention of Sergievsky simple, but no analogues in the world does not, - explained the patent attorney Nina Schmidt. - We checked it on the Russian and international base. There are three countries that are leaders in the production of intensive tools - France, Czech Republic and South Korea. But they have nothing like that. Unfortunately, until we have shown interest in this development.
Experts calculated: to issue an international patent in China, Sergievsky will require about 700 thousand rubles. He has no such money. Therefore, it is very likely that the Chinese now themselves will issue a patent for this invention and become trading around them around the world.
