Usually, when it comes to a house on the country area, our compatriots sighs are hard, remembering a small space on the cherished 6 acres. High cost and limited space area do not allow many to acquire the desired home. The group of Czech architects developed a prototype of a suitable house, the cost of which is only $ 1200, and it can be collected in just three hours.
The Czech company PIN-UP HOUSES has developed a prototype of a small prefabricated house called "France" (in accordance with the coloration of the structure) with an area of only 6.9 square meters and worth 1,200 US dollars. Moreover, this house can be built in three hours, using only three workers.
The house consists of 21 panels (plywood), insulation, geepboard, trim and metal roof. There is no foundation for him, a small platform on the piles is enough.
Panels are painted in the colors of the French flag. Each shade corresponds to a certain zone in a house: Blue space is intended for sleep, in red there is a kitchenette and wood stove, and white is a living room. The only minus is the lack of sanitary amenities.
