Gradient For such a cardigan, the next set of loops is offered: half the loops are typing by the bottom, the second half - the top. I eased my life and accused the first rows of the thread of the same color, since the collar will be intake and the set row will not be visible.

It looks good as a gradient of two shades of the same color, then you can knit half (or a little less / more) spikelets in one color, and the rest are different, without stirring the threads among themselves.

Attention According to the sample, it is not always possible to correctly define the number of loops (since, under your own not small weight, the cloth stretches down and calculate this stretching is difficult). I have so happened. Then I knew the missing spikes separately and gently laid up to the already existing one, since it is a collar and it will be in half, then the crosslinking place will not be noticeable!

I tied one sleeve, but it seemed to me strongly narrow, it was necessary to knit 8/16. The strength did not have enough strength and I decided to make a vest, especially since I understood - my yarn is not for this cardigan.
