First of all, they decided to get rid of the hated wallboard. It was horror. Dust, dirt, garbage. But the most interesting was waiting for us ahead. Dranca was under the clapboard. She was attacked by the slightest silence. We realized that wallpaper could not glue on it. Remove the walls and lay the blocks - also not an option. We lived in the apartment and made the repairs in stages, as salaries arrive. Plus, the walls were very curves - the differences in height reached 17 cm. And we decided to sew the walls with plasterboard. Yes, we understood that we would lose a little in space, but at the exit we get smooth walls, not duch.

Slowly, but right, hopefully that soon it will end. Yes, "kosychili", twisted sometimes, swear ... I think the one who passed through the repair, understands us.
Since we were waiting for the birth of a child, the main demand for the floor was the presence of a single height cloth throughout the apartment, with the exception of the bathroom and toilet. Initially, we planned to remove the old wooden floor, pour the screed, and use laminate as an outdoor coating. But at the first "in-depth" consideration of the situation, our plans collapsed - it turned out that we have wooden floors in the house between floors. After that, we decided to leave the old floor, slightly strengthening it (tried to remove the sylipses and severe irregularities). On top of the old floor, heat and noise insulation and OSB-slabs with a thickness of 15 mm were laid. Linoleum chose as an outdoor coating. Of particular difficulties, the laying of isolation and floor slabs did not cause.
But with Linoleum, I had to tinker a little. We decided to minimize the number of separate parts of the coating. Because of this, the markup and cutting of some parts accounted for on the street, since with a web size of 8 to 4 meters in our apartment, do not turn around.
Since we have an old house, the question of wiring acutely. Began to learn from electricians how much it costs new. In connection with the emergence in our family of replenishment, we did not have much time to expect and we decided to remake everything. Disassembled the shower cabin, removed all the tiles and glass turbines, found a performer with an official agreement and a guarantee. Probably, many will want to reproach us that the miser pays twice, but the cost of re-work on laying the tile and shuttering of the walls was even less than in the case of the first option.
