For the volumetric wall decoration, you need some free time and patience, because the decoration of the walls is a time-consuming. An interesting way of the volumetric wall decoration is to apply a pattern of stencil and its further staining. You can buy a ready-made mass for creating a relief or perform it from a gypsum putty. Stencils are also sold in stores, but it is not always suitable to find. We will show how to make a stencil for bulk wall decoration yourself.

For the volumetric wall decoration, we will need:

Tight cardboard sheet 50 x100 cm;

painting tape;

sandpaper;

Gypsum putty (36 UAH / 30 kg);

primer (20 UAH / 30 kg);

acrylic paint (21 UAH / 4.5 kg);

knife; putty knife; stucco stack;

brush; spray;

scraper; Oil marker.

Tight cardboard sheet put on a solid surface, we draw a trained pattern on it and cut the stencil.

We attach the stencil on the wall with a painting ribbon, in the holes evenly apply a pre-prepared mass of gypsum plaster.

When the plaster starts to be captured (it will already be fixed on the wall, but still does not harden), carefully sprinkle the stencil from the wall.

With the help of a plaster stack, fill the emptiness plaster in the relief.

Gypsum relief spraying with water and simulate it with a brush.

When the relief is dry, we drag its surface with sandpaper and scraper.

To make the surface of the relief stronger, soak it with a varnish primer.

Wall with an ornament stain with acrylic paint. We apply two layers.

Then the drawing can be painted in a gold color oil marker (or a thin tassel)
