At some point, the stars were visible successfully, moving and the free time appeared to make the "drawer" on their own, taking into account all the accumulated ideas and requirements. That's what came out of it:

At first, it was constructed in the head, I realized that the project was relatively complex, you need to fix on paper, with precision sizes. Fixed:

I realized that this is not enough and you need to attract computing techniques. I downloaded free Google Sketchup, spent half an hour to study and started design. The dimensions with an accuracy of a millimeter caused a smile, nevertheless decided to focus on high accuracy and later turned out to be right. That's what happened:

1. First saw the board (20 x 900 x 2000 - 2 pcs.) And twisted screws (80 mm) Wooden base.

2. Then from an aluminum corner chopped elements of boxes, and from aluminum strips - strips for the folding mechanism of the boxes (frogs). All aluminum parts are connected by rivets (4 x10, maybe a little longer). Details of the folding "frog" ribbons with washers. The order is: rivet, washer, strip, washer, corner of the drawer. The order is selected experimentally, if you connect rivets differently, rivets are shared.

A few more comments:

- I will definitely check what goes into the chips, i.e. Instead of one band draw 2, leaving 1.5 -2 mm per propyl (I saw the electroller), then it is more convenient to cut and more precisely;

-Be neat with the "Frog Mechanism". Distances between holes in the connecting strips and side corners of the boxes must be as accurate as possible. Otherwise, the shelves will not be laid out. It was mistaken in 2 details for 2 mm and a few hours broke the head why not fully unfolded. Drill holes in the plates is better at once in all, squeeze the stack with visets or clamp and drill.
