For the manufacture of the case, we will need:
- Fabric for the outside;
- lining fabric;
- lightning;
- Volumetric phlizelin or sintepon;
- Repovaya tape; Billet for case.
The sewing machine in the manufacture of the case will not need, all seams are secret, manually performed.
Operating procedure
Cut the round to do from a synthetone with a diameter of a little more than the size of the workpiece. We smear the blank with glue. We connect the blank and syntheps.
Cut from the main fabric the part, the circle is still a little more diameter than the circle from the synthet board. We go through a needle with a thread along the entire length of the circle.
Tighten the thread and fix.
The same is done with the second part.
Go to zipper. Fix ends.
Cut out a small piece of fabric (the fabric take the same as for the outside of the case) and start it, as shown in the photo.
Send the item to zipper. This seam can be done on a typewriter, and you can and manually, secret seam, as in the photo.
Now go to the sewing of the lightning to the main part. In order for the seam to be smooth, the sewing line can be applied by a self-describing marker.
Secret suture sew the main part and zipper. We make seams across the entire circumference details. Cut off an extra piece of lightning.
We make a decorative looping from the reps tape. We lake it between the zipper and the rectangular detail. Stitch.
We sew zipper and the second part.
Go to the case of a case. From the fabric for lining cut the part. The size of the part is slightly larger than the size of the workpiece for the case. These parts need 2 pieces.
We flash around the circle and tighten the thread in the same way as with an external detail.
We sew lining and zipper secret seam.
I do the same with the second piece of lining.
Case ready!
