The swing was made for some weekend (2 days), after all thinking, purchasing materials and prepare drawings.
The first day:
Swing decided to do from what remained after the construction of the house, namely: a board with a thickness of 40 mm and 20 mm and a width of 150 mm. Only fasteners (bolts, corners, hooks, screws, chain) were purchased in the store. Chain bought with a thickness of 6mm links and a total long 5 meters. It should be enough.
Everything went about 2,000 rubles.
Work requires a specific tool.
- Screwdriver or screwdriver.
- Lobzik or tree knife.
- Drill.
And better - all of the above.
First of all, we collect the seats of swing as shown in the photo:
All fasteners on the corners along the inner perimeter of the frame and on self-drawing in the ends.
We collect the back of the seat.
On the first day they managed to make side parts of the main framework, on which the seat was suspended on the chains. This is a responsible part of the design, so we use bolts here, and it is thorough.

Second day. We collect the roof. The roof must be installed at an angle (degrees 25) to provide the natural flow of water during the rain. If you give a little angle, the water will accumulate in the cells that forms the fabric, falls on the roof frame.
On the side parts of the frame, in the middle, they made a mini-countertops so that you could put something or put (cup, phone).
For convenience, the back of the seat is tilted a little back and the swing themselves are suspended on the chains in such a way that a small slope of the swing back is formed.
The result of the second day of work:
Swing turned out very stable and comfortable.
