I present to you the master class: how to create a pretty doll of 15 cm from trimming fabrics. I have a lot of small pieces of fabric, lace, ribbons. I do not throw anything! From these pieces I decided to sew a small doll, namely the lavender moth. Why is Lavandova? And because after staining the skin of the goat for puppet hair, I got an unexpected result - silver-lilac hair color! So there was an idea to sew a lavender moth.
The master class is suitable for beginners and for children.
For work it will be necessary:
- Small pieces of body fabrics, a striped fabric for legs (can be replaced with a white cloth, and strips draw acrylic paint);
- White coat for wings;
- White cotton for dresses (I have a batter);
- a piece of lace;
- Two small buttons;
- Tress (you can replace wool for filling or yarn);
- scissors, threads, needle;
- dry lavender (not quite necessary);
- Acrylic paint purple color (not in the photo);
- brown pastel pencil or acrylic paint;
- Pink dry pastel,;
- Bamboo sketch (not in the photo);
- filler for toys;
- pattern.
The dotted line is marked for turning parts, the arrow on the head is the direction of the equity thread.
Body fabric fold in half the front side inside, circle the parts of the head and pens, stitch on the typewriter or manually.
We stitch a piece of body fabric with a strip cloth, irrigative batteries. We fold the workpiece in half the front side inside, combining the seams. We supply the pattern of the body by combining the seam with the line on the pattern. We flash.
Details are turned and tightly stuffed with holofiber. We sew holes on the head and knobs with a secret seam, do not sew neck. In the Taurus insert the bamboo skeleton to about the waist, the end of the skewers are lay down, we leave about 2 cm.
On the back of the head we make a hole for the skewer.
We dress your head on a skeleton and sew threads in two additions first neck, then in the circle of secret seam.
Draw a larch with pastel pencil or paint, rudiment cheeks. Painted by climbing varnish. Send a piece of lace by seam around the waist of the doll.
For the dress, we cut the rectangle 8 * 16 cm, on the upper edge, bend 2 cm. The fabric is painted with acrylic paint, diluted with water. We deploy the allowance on the upper edge of the dress, we fold the part in half the front side inside and sew short cuts. According to the collar we collect fabric on the thread.
Wear a dress on the doll facepiece inside. We tighten the thread, making a uniform assembly, and sew the dress to the body of the doll.
Turn the dress. On the buttons are sewn the handles.

From white biazi sew wings. Soak and paint on the edges of purple paint. Wings fill with dry lavender.
Send wings to the back. From a piece of ribbons, we make a loop for a stand (optional).
Install the doll on the stand and admire the result.
