I doubted for a long time, in what section to put this topic, and still decided that it was in master classes. In essence, these are as many two master class. One of them tells how to put a poncho and how to make a transformer from it, and the second tells how to simulate it and shows the possible wearing options.

The pattern of the specified dimensions cut out from the substrate under the laminate. Lines We flash or draw a marker (if you are confident in it).
On the table with a stele passionate film or several cut-off garbage bags. We put the template on top and begin the layout from the back of our poncho.
First we spread the viscose mostly in the vertical direction. The layout lead from the hem to the neck. The first strand put on a blunt end to the edge of the template, and then turn the hand and move to the neck. Let's spend 2-3cm for the straight edges of the template.
Welcome soapy water, pressing a good package. Then remove the package and lay the wool.
First, lay out the strands of the strands along open sections (hem, neck), then laying out wool on the same principle as viscose.
Welcome wool with soap water, cover the film and turn the template to the other side.
First, lay out the viscose as a continuation of the drawing without reaching 5 mm to the edge of the template (where the wool bends).
We wat the viscose with soap water, press the tilt of the viscose and wool on the other side of the template on the other side of the template.
Then we lay out the right shelf (viscose-wet-pressed, wool-wet-pressed). And immediately post the entire decor of the right shelf. Welcome, press and pass VSM. When the right shelf is fit, flexing it and do the same with the left shelf.
As a decor, I took the silk flaps, the edges of the silk fabrics and the fiber of the viscose. First, lay out the flap and spirals from the edges, and then add viscose between pieces of silk.

ATTENTION! Do not put the vertical stripes of silk, as I put. When felting, they crawl down and strongly can distort the silhouette.
But on the edge of the hem, the silk looks very beautiful :)

We lay out the right shelf, we carry out the VSM, flex.
We decide the left shelf, do it.
We put the shelves on each other, cover the film, turn over the back. We bend the tips of the wool and pieces of decor, expand the decor across the back, we carry out the VSM.
It remains to swim our poncho. The layout in one direction is very gentle, so try to roll out poncho in roll to the very end. Details of the felon process Look in the MK on the cap.
When filling poncho, it stretches a bit and becomes more than the sun.
When it dries, you will need to sew the buttons. Here under the buttons are very dense lace, it does not allow to pull the sides. But if the lace is elastic, I sew the reps tape under it. Everything is manually, not pricked felt through. First tape, top of the lace, then the buttons.
To expand the possibilities of transformer, I have a small ribbon and cut it into three parts. Two short segments will connect the poncho floors along the waistline. I cut off their 8-10 cm and stitch each between 4 connectors, so that they were tightly held and were bilateral. I attach 2 carbine to them.
Then I try on a poncho, I find the waist line and sewing 4 connector on each side of the poncho - two in front and two from behind. All connector sews in pairs. Here, the felt is also pressed between metal plates. It gives us a good strengthening of the canvas at the tension site and looks beautiful.
From a longer segment I make a ring and sewing a pin for brooches.
Total of the fittings we need: 6 buttons, 4 carbine, 16 connectors and 1 pin.
