It is confident that this MK will not be popularly popular, the technique for many is amiced :). Despite this, I still decided to lay out it. My napkins will fly to friends as hot cakes, maybe someone will fit and this option ... specially did not make any complex combinations of nodes, used only the three most popular. Those who are familiar with the technique immediately understand that the work is not complicated.
