65-year-old Richard Eichen jokingly calls himself a "village", and in fact he is a husband, father, owner of two doctoral degrees in the field of mathematics, opera singer and author of the book on proper nutrition. Recently, Richard also has an excellent builder.
For a long time he dreamed of live in a secluded area. Ideally - in the forest. From moving to his home Richard stopped the high cost of the entire project. But here it turned out to be a good offer!
One friend from Missouri offered Richard for the free hut, which was almost collapsed from old age. By paying $ 100, Richard immediately took up the repair, because in this breakdown he saw a huge potential.
As you can see, the hut has almost no "living" place.
Some logs were so old that they had to be replaced. Richard marked them with special stickers.

Richard's family was extremely glad when the future of the house had a source of water.
They dug out, and the real lake was formed! It remains to build a small pier.

Richard wanted the house to be made from the most natural materials. Fundament, naturally, had to make brick.

The staircase in the house is made of oak.

The whole family was actively involved in the construction of the house.
