I was going for a long time, but ripe for my first post.
It has long decided that it is the repair that will be the topic for my first publication, so I will try to describe the whole process below and reinforce this material with photographs.
Prehistory. This is my first one's own dwelling, as well as the first experience of such work (in most), but I wanted to do everything that I have long wanted. Naturally, I do not bathe in gold rivers, therefore was largely limited to the budget. All the work, with the exception of the ceilings, glazing the balcony, the replacement of batteries and the riser, did himself, somewhere helped comrade with a screed and putty and good friends with heavy work. The whole process lasted a little more than six months, for the most part due to lack of financing and time, because I did everything exclusively at the weekend or after work.
The apartment is the usual one-room in the old panel house. Photos of the original species did not find it, but to understand, I will say that the repair there was made years, Edak, 20 years ago - classic, Soviet :)
Started with glazing balcony, which was opened from the moment of construction at home more than 30 years ago
The plans were moving the wall in the bathroom, because It was planned to install the installation and shower, which did not fit in this option.

Next, the valiant plumbers were replaced in the kitchen my peevar-battery, an old cast-iron tee and part of the sewage riser; Cut off the rotten tube "towel" and replaced with polypropylene with cranes and jumper. In addition, according to my idea, I was transferred to the rush in the rice of the Hall and DHW from the bathroom to the side of the kitchen.
Sanitary wiring did himself, so I left the part of the gypsum bathroom box to drown pipes, because categorically did not want to make boxes. The washing machine will stand in the dressing room, so the channel and cold water is additionally laid there. Along the way, several layers of wallpaper moved from the relatives :)
Initially, the interior partition made from the shit of gypsum and sticks wanted to just put off, however, in view of the fact that she was a half-headed, poured and, as it turned out later, stood on a diagonal :), decided to dismantle it and put a new one. As a material for all the walls, I chose a full-scale PGP.
For me, there is still a mystery, for which part of the floor was wooden, because in the stove in this place was the opening (by the way, maybe someone knows?). This pit was poured with CPS with clay.
By the way, the concrete mixer of relatives, distant at the time of the fill.
Then I took up the electrician. It was decided not to leave a single aluminum wire, so I pulled even the introductory wire from the shield, replacing the introductory machine and the meter. Inside the apartment will be installed automata separated by groups.
BUT! The brave guys came and the famously came the wall for the air conditioning highway.
After the long and painful process of filling the screed, which took more material to be several times than planned (~ 53 CPS bag). The maximum difference for the entire length of the apartment was about 6 cm. On the balcony mostly filled the ceramzite to facilitate the load.
After completely drying the screed, I began to build partitions. Fascinating occupation, but exactly until the moment when you start one throw plates on the last row. Naturally, the plates were attached to the floor, ceiling and walls through a row.
It is time to install. Frames decided to the bearing wall, so holes appeared in the gypsum box.

Put lighthouses in the bathroom. Not only are the walls in principle uneven, and the box itself stands unevenly. He began to collect frame and close one of the walls of plasterboard.

A little more about wiring. I am categorically against the distribution-cuttings, closed with putty and / or wallpaper, but to conduct a separate cable to each consumer at least not economically. Therefore, all the commutation was made in conversion on copper / tinned sleeves, pressed the tick and dressed in two layers of heat shrink. If there were a lot of compounds, used conversion of increased depth. With this method of installation of the slightly increases the consumption of the cable, but access to all connections is provided.
Temporarily put a heated towel rail in order to fix the pipes before laying the tile.
Tightened the plaster wall in the bathroom and the kitchen. Then, putty in two layers and installation of the shield.
After vacation at sea, I took the laying of the tile. The project was done to me there, where I bought it. How nevertheless I do not like a diagonal layout ..
In the process again retreated from the initial plans and replaced the bulky battery in the hall.
The next stage made a layout for the lamps and began to assemble a plasterboard design on the ceiling.
It came to the working wall in the kitchen.

The design of gypsum cabartone is covered with glazed and painted. Before the tip, I was afraid to choose such a dark color, but everything turned out exactly as I wanted. After drying, cut the holes and mounted the lamps.
Finally came the turn of laminate! I laid pretty quickly and first began to go before the entrance :) By the way, I put it without seams, because ugly. All gaps are observed, six months passed - normal flight.
After it began to glue wallpaper, Artem did branded decorative plaster on the balcony.
A small replenishment in the bathroom: hung the end, a towel and toilet.
The final version of the balcony finishes. The photo looks like a masculine, but in real life very and very good.

The furniture came here. It costs a separate story, but if briefly, they only collected her for 3 days, then I waited a long time until they fix all the shoals and waited only after meeting them in court.
With the shower, I had sex for a long time. First, the drain hole was in the opposite side of the input into the sewer. Therefore, I had to change the supporting studs in order to raise the cab and provide a normal slope. Secondly, after I raised her, it turned out that now she is almost resting in the ceiling, and the lid is put on the last and only after all communications are connected :) But everything ended quite successfully.

By the way, learning prices for the wardrobe systems I am a little donkey and decided to do it yourself.
Drew the project, gave the guys to the furniture workshop specification on the crucible and after a couple of weeks he took a bunch of chopped into the size of the bores. After the assembly, it turned out exactly what I wanted. In the future, all this closes the door-coupe.
In the same way, I collected for myself a junction in the corridor.

Tried to count the budget, it turned out about 240 thousand for materials, work and part of the equipment. All furniture cost 130 thousand, technique even 60.
