"And I also know how to embroider a cross," or where else to apply embroidery

Anonim

I love to embroider, especially the cross. It seems be my will, embroidered around the clock. Just kidding, of course.

But there is a serious question - where to apply what was and will be embroidered in many years of hobbies? Pictures - Clear, tablecloths / napkins / Pewshniki - too, pads ... And what else?

I collected answers to this question for several years. That's what happened:

  • furniture (of course, the attitude to it should be somewhat more careful than to ordinary furniture);

  • Other household and interior items (boxes, clocks, albums, photo frames, covers, bookmarks);

  • kitchen items (aprons, table service items and the like); This is perhaps the most gracious area of embroidery;

  • clothes;

  • Other items of the wardrobe (all sorts of accessories and even shoes!);

  • jewelry;

  • Toys and packaging.

Picking up the photos for this article, leaving some and throwing out others, I thought how to make embroidery, to create a lot of time to create, looked stylish and elegantly, not a spheriment. For myself, I brought several rules:

  1. The main one is a sense of measure. An embroidered pad on an embroidered sofa, over which the embroidered picture hangs - too, even if everything is fine with the same style. In one unit of time something one; The rest is in the crust, to change the exposure.
  2. Balance. There should be something one thing: either embroidered product (then everything else is not delaying the background), or another object of the situation / wardrobe (then embroidery - a small emphasis: a small, non-smoking ... Well, you understand).
  3. Harmony. The plot, color scheme and embroidery sizes must fit you and all surroundings.

I will be glad if this publication is interesting and useful embroidery fans.
