Caring son transported an elderly mother to Moscow. And that life in a new place began easily and brightly, I decided to give it a fully furnished apartment. "The deadlines were pressed, it was necessary to bring mom before the onset of cold weather, so the repair began in August and ended in October, - recalls the designer Alena Ponkratova. "Mom saw a completely finished apartment and, according to the customer, cried from joy."

"I proposed to create a soft and calm, but not quite the usual image of the classics, add accents to it and some bright details - dilute a cloudy mood outside the window," says Alena. I was well acquainted with the customer, he easily accepted the idea, gave the keys and entrusted to lead the process - on the construction site during the work, it appeared just a couple of times.

Since the deadlines were pressed and the budget was small, some work was lowered "by default". The apartment is typical and almost did not change the layout. Yes, and the repair itself was, rather, cosmetic: the vertical was not displayed, the walls did not evenly - they lay out under painting.
Alkov on the side of the residential room was useful for the organization of the bedroom - they put a full-fledged high bed here. If the hostess wants to lie down in the afternoon, she can retard the chart right by the bed. Write privacy - the second pair curtain can be closed the entire way.
The yellow wall was decorated with paintings by artist from Prague. Pay attention to how the black frames and the passeface of the paintings are combined with a cornice.
Paired cabinets in the living room are connected by the "jumper" - so the space under the ceiling and organized additional seats for storing seasonal things.
"We chose the paint under the cabinets, and not vice versa, because they did not fit into the budget," explains Alena Ponkratov. - If you paint in the desired color of the facades, they will be more expensive. So we chose the standard color and the wall design has been adjusted under it. The idea is that the furniture behind the sofa merged with the walls without clutching the room. "
Dresser under the TV, like the system of cabinets, made to order. The floor was lined with a laminate with wood pattern, which does not conflict with other shades in the interior.
For the kitchen chose neutral wallpaper and porcelain stoneware. But the headset itself was ordered in heavenly blue tones.
It is assumed that the Wall over the dining table will appear family photos of the hostess. In the meantime, there were pictures with roses, which Alena Ponkratova wrote herself and gave the customer.

The idea of combining the bathroom with the bathroom came to the customer in the repair process, so it had to realize it at the last moment. Instead of the bath installed a roomy shower cabin.
Moisture-resistant eaves were painted in the color of the walls: this technique allowed visually raising the ceiling. And at the same time - make a reference to neoclassic.
