I have long made coconut oil with my own hands, and so I decided to share with you. Do not judge strictly, this is my first experience.
Why? Yes, everything is simple! I know for sure that this is the oil - the oil is useful, unrefined, unusually fragrant - natural! And it is accurate without preservatives :)

An unrefined coconut oil is widely used in cosmetology. It secured the reputation of the means for moistening and nutrition. Particularly suitable for fading, dry skin with fracturing areas (for example, elbows), prevents the appearance of pigment spots. It is wonderful for the skin around the eyes, eliminates small wrinkles, pulls the skin. Coconut oil is a natural antiseptic, has protective properties from solar ultraviolet, will also help with sunburn - indispensable on the beach! Used to treat dermatitis (as a prescription of the doctor!). Another excellent oil property is not gamogeneous, it does not block pores, it is especially important for teenagers and people with oily skin.

I will write a little more about the use of oil, it can be added to cosmetics: creams and lotions up to 30%, add to nutrient masks for leather and hair.
I love add to scrubs, for example, anti-cellulite: 10% oil, boiled ground coffee, a pair of orange or grapefruit essential oil. The skin after such a scrub just glows! Scrub with salt - slightly frown sea salt plus oil - a great tool for the skin of the hands and nutrition nail (remember what nails do we have at the sea?) And the same for stop legs. I rarely use the masculine, but sometimes I use it for removing makeup, the skin around the eye will tell you thanks! Mom loves to anoint sparkled heels - cracks all healed and disappeared.

We buy coconut, I take such a bouffroxy inside, right or not - I do not know :)
There are three sneakers on the top of the coconut - there is a particularly thin place, it can be found in a knife, corkscrew or a simple crusher. The holes should be 2, otherwise the juice will not follow. We merge juice and drink.
Rolling with a hammer as ordinary nut. I clean the flesh (I wonder why the flesh, when it is quite a firm substance). We rub on the grater-shrybank and lay in a glass jar, take a little more than your pulp, it is necessary to stay for water. I have a liter bank.
We boil the kettle, let it stand a little to be not "cool" boiling water and fill the jar, better by the shoulders, and not on my photo.
Wrap a towel and give slowly cool.
Squeeze through matter chip. The chips are perfect for baking! It can be freezed by small portions for liver coconents :) and can be used for masks and scrubics. Everything goes to move!
Put the jar in the refrigerator and give to completely cool. You will see how the oil will freeze the cans with a thick crust above. Won it, our long-awaited useful maslice! Remove with a tight with a fork or spoon noise, oil crumbs, solid. In the water bath, melted oil and pour, for example, in molds for ice. Take on a piece and enjoy health!
We do not throw a clock! The resulting coconut juice is very tasty, you can add fruit, sugar for lovers of the message, break and drink a healthy drink!
Store better in the freezer. There is definitely no preservatives. The oil quickly melts from the heat of the palms and becomes liquid, very convenient to use this way. That's how much oil it turned out from one coconut!
