The desktop was located at the window. It is comfortable, steady, does not occupy a lot of space. They made it from cast-iron beds and pine countertops - screwed to the base, soaked with flax oil with wax. The surface turned out smooth, silky to the touch. Unfortunately, the Portnovskaya tape did not succeed on the table top, but the yield was found: it was placed on the edge of the table. Under the table, a laundry basket with a lid - inside a storage of synthempus for packing dolls, on the cover there is a plastic capacitance for cropping.
Fabric reserves, laces, paints and other wealth comfortably settled in large pine buffets and dresser.
The surface of the chest during operation I use as a cutting. Above the chest of dresser with cotton and linen lace, hanger with scissors, handmade icons (they were sent as a gift), a large icon with the fairs of the masters, she patronizes seamaries.
Inside the chest of shelves for an iron and a camera, trays with lace, here are boxes with Shebbi-ribbons. In the boxes lace and cracks and curls - on the hair with dolls. They are stored in individual sachets, so as not to be confused. In one of the top boxes of butchers, catals and Japanese beads.
I always buy lace a few meters of each kind, so as for sure. The most favorite is the French and English antique sample - soft, gentle, thin. There is also a lace sewing on a batter.
Next to the dresser put a large buffet:
In the upper part "live": a box with lace on flat coils, a box with Italian acrylic paints on the fabric, boxes with essential oils, bags of fragrant natural sachets, pads for puppet shoes, hair polish, special tools for peephole - create glass effect, Fixative is a Japanese matte spray for fastening the muffin of the puppet. Caskets with cilia, flower, tools, kraft bags, postcards for work, passports for dolls, business cards.
These are my helpers: Scissors Conventional and curly, brushes, packing tools, old wooden coils.

But the lower part of the big buffet. In these boxes are stored patterns, watercolor pencils, monofilament, trempells for puppet dresses, dry pastel chalks. On the shelves of a basket with Moulin, a box with brushes, handles, a stack of lace and lacy sewing on the grid, a casket with cotton strings. On the lower shelf, knitwear and cotton for the body of dolls, the thinnest weightless batists for puppet pantalone, lower skirts, aprons, capers, soft knitwear for stockings and socks.
Recently bought a spacious corner buffet - for fabrics on a dress. Upstairs settled a hanger for the demonstration of outfits and a pupet chair - I use them during the photo session. In the middle of the buffet, I put a sewing machine on the open shelf, so as not to take place on the desktop (very convenient, as some seams are flashing on it, the main work is done manually). The stairs made her husband themselves from the forest hazel. It is stored for tissue cuts, aged decoction of forest herbs, a bunch of lavender, a bouquet of meadow herbs, a bag with cones.
The entire buffet is filled with materials: Fact Japanese Cotton, Italian Batists, American Cotton, Cotton Denmark, Sweden, Marquiset. There is a batter and cotton of manual staining.
In the workshop, many chest of drawers, caskets and any other mental works purchased at the Fair of Masters. They give comfort, they are stored in them, buttons, different smallers, and they are used for the decor during a photo session.
Photographing the work on the balcony, there is a fixed specially equipped section. Made it from the duct, aged sun, wind and rain. Here, the flowers and grass collected in spring and summer in the village, painting with them fabric.
It starts autumn, overcast, lighting from the window often lacks. Therefore, bought a high desk lamp. Now even to sew comfortably at night :)
It is a pleasure to work here. And while your house and workshop in distant dreams, daily, for 5 years, extinguishing this work area that has grown out of the usual bookbook and sewing machine. I will try to make it more comfortable and more comfortable, I will definitely share the results.
