My sister and I loved the condensed milk in childhood: the bank rarely held more than a day. But my children are not eating condensed milk. Even I do not eat it and do not buy for some time. It is very strange in appearance and disgusting taste. What's the matter? I suspect the total falsification of this product. My suspicions confirms the news of the import of importation into the territory of Belarus of Russian condensed milk:
The State Standardization Committee banned the import and appeal in the territory of Belarus of the product of milk-containing condensed with sugar with a substitute for milk fat "condensed milk" Kurskie Raznoye ", manufactured by LLC Promkonsenvi (Russia). BelTA corresponded to the Gomel Regional Inspectorate of the State Standard.
The decision was made on the results of the inspection, which was held by the regional inspection specialists. Based on the results of laboratory studies, it was found that milk fat in the fat phase of this product was contained only 6% instead of declared in the marking of 50%.
As specialists noted, the technical regulations of the Customs Union (Tr Ts 033/2013) admits the replacement of not more than half of the milk fat with substitutes in the milk-containing products. "However, the obtained value indicates that in this condensed milk, almost all the milk fat provided for by the requirements is replaced by other fats. Therefore, the product cannot be described as a milk-containing property. The contents declared by the manufacturer are misleading," commented in the regional inspectorate of the State Standard.
In addition, the protein content (one of the indicators characterizing dairy products) and the total mass fraction of fat are understated in "condensed milk". According to the results of the verification of the State Standard, the import and circulation of this product on the territory of Belarus is prohibited. Business entities issued prescriptions for product withdrawal from circulation (return organization). Other measures are also adopted for prohibitive and administrative nature.
It is clear that it all happens in the framework of the product warned by Russia against products from Belarus. In response, Belarus publishes the truth about the quality of Russian grocery surrogates. And correctly publishes - the Russians should know what the capitalists in the pursuit of profit are fed.
