Fast cooking dish, quite budget and very tasty!
Ingredients:
Dough:
- kefir - 2 glasses;
- soda - 0.5 h. l;
- Salt - 0.5 h. l;
- Sugar - 0.5 h. l.;
- Flour (until the dough is obtained, like on pancakes.)
Filling:
- minced meat - 0.5 kg.;
- Onion onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic (to your taste) - 6 teeth;
- Salt, pepper black
Cooking:
Kefir to heat up to warm condition (28-30 gr. C), put soda, stir, add salt, sugar and stir again, leave to stand alone.
Then gradually add flour, constantly kneading that the density of the dough is, like home sour cream (the dough should be thick in moderation).
In the ready-made dough add mince in a 1: 1 ratio, mix well.
Fry on pre-well heated vegetable oil (the thickness of the oil layer is about 0.5-1 cm).
