The departmental apartment located in Moscow was built back in 1985. Since then, inconsolable living space came to a terrible state, and the new owners had long repairs. I had to tinker a lot, but the result was above all praise!
For the threshold of this house, it rarely stepped by a leg of human, that from the loggia had to clean the mold, and the dilapidated walls to erect again. And although in initially the luxurious parquet was laid in the house, the time played its role, and everything had to start first ...
This is how the house looked before the repair: boring tones, no personality, and the bathroom was generally collapsed in front of her eyes! Designers understood that work here is at least a month!
Due to poor lighting and unsuccessful layout, the house seemed very close.
As the main colors, the designers chose milky white. Thus, the furniture merged with the total space, making the room visually spacious. Everything in the house is made of environmentally friendly materials, up to wallpaper from a paper base.
Work on the bathroom was done from scratch. Instead of bulky and clumsy bath, installed a shower cabin, and the washing machine found its place under the sink.
Separately should be said about the kitchen. To carve out more space, it was combined with the living room. The proof windows fill the room with daylight, which is harmoniously overflowed with the interior.
No departmental house costs without a cabinet. Here the owner of the apartment quietly performs work, and when their native son arrives, it easily turns the room into the guest room.
In general, it turned out very beautiful and elegant. From the old ruins there is no trace, and now the hostess wants to do the same repair at home.
