We initially did not like the apartments that were selling allegedly "with good repair", in fact it was bathrooms with plastic panels instead of a tile, scratched with a cat wallpaper and ceilings plated foam tiles. That is why we found the most launched (well, as a bonus, the cheapest) apartment and began to implement our understanding of good repairs.
I will say right away, we spent 3 months on repair (all did one master + on weekends my husband)
Repair Budget: 550 000 r. Together with furniture, appliances, materials, work of the master, garbage export, etc.
Building materials were ordered in Petrovic, the finishing materials bought in Obi (there was a campaign with coupons, as a result, they were able to get a discount from 10 to 15%), the furniture all from Ikea to save something took in the separation department, Tinged and twisted
First of all, we need to solve the main problem of Khrushchev - where to put a washing machine. One evening husband sat above the notepad and came up with how to place everything you need in a combined bathroom, so that there is a full-fledged fit (how much is it possible) bath, sink, toilet and washing machine. In the layout of the previous owners there was only a toilet bowl and bath. As a result, the toilet is very conveniently placed opposite the bathroom, so when it was used, the man did not rest on his knees into the wall or in the sink, the washing machine was bought small with the possibility of installation under the sink, and we managed to find 105 cm long (it was very convenient to carry it, She placed on the unfolded back seat of our car). Since we tried to make repairs the most fiscal, the tile in the bath bought the cheapest. To make her more interesting tile laid horizontally, the grout was made in the color of the floods of the floor, but for the bath did not look like a procedural office in the hospital, put on the floor with dear ceramic granite with the imitation of a wooden floor, picking it in the color of the laminate (there was at least one plus of a small bathroom - There are no many tiles on the floor at all), also laid out the screen under the bath. The sink bought the most narrow out of not expensive, but she did not fit between the wall and the barrel of the toilet, did not have enough 0.5 centimeters)) as a result, it was long and painfully handed over the sink back to the store, and instead they bought more expensive, but in size.

Since the corridor in the apartment was not very big we did not put a full cabinet in it, and removed the doorway to the storage room and put the Ikean cabinet with a mirror. There was no place to store the ladder, and it was not very necessary with a ceiling height of 2.5, but so that you can screw the light by bought the staircase staircase in Ikea, it supplemented the interior, and is used as a chair. By the way, we took this stool in the separation department, it was traces of repeated use, apparently they used it for the arrangement of goods in the halls, the husband washed him, cleared, twisted the legs, painted their matte white paint, and the top covered with varnish, the stool got the second life and looks like new))

In the kitchen, we did not like the window, which came out of the bathroom, we embarked in a lot. I was also against the pipes stretching from the column to the main gas pipe. As a result, they made a false wall, in which the entire possible wiring of pipes in the kitchen were hidden. A mosaic apron also cost no expensive, took a tile with small tiles painted on it, butts were almost not noticeable with dark grout. To have enough space for cooking decided to buy a cooking panel only on two camphor. Chairs in IKEY cost expensive and we decided not to buy them, they found old Viennese chairs at home, the husband cleared them, and covered with white matte paint, and to sit comfortable, I stitched on them the pillows in the apron's color. The table bought in IKEY the simplest wooden 75 to 75, painted the legs with matte white paint, and the table top was covered with varnish.

In order not to spend a lot of money on wallpaper, we decided to choose one color to the entire apartment, so the residues remained much less. Laminate also put one color in the entire apartment, but this is already based on aesthetic considerations. It did not save on the doors, they wanted exactly white, and cheap white doors looked very cheaply. The windowsill in the room did a little more wider, from the remains of the curtains (height of the Ikeevik curtains 3 meters, on our height of the ceilings do not need so much) I sewed the sidewayrs, they lie on the windowsill, in the evening you can sit on it and look out the window, by the way there is a pretty view ;-)
