I want to share with you a very simple, but very unusual idea of home interior decor - try to make a decoupage on the fabric. I offer a small master class on decorative decorative pillowcase for sofa pillows.
I have a cut of a sieve fabric with a printed pattern and a piece of monotonous linen fabric. I want to combine them. The front part of the pillowcase will be sewn half of the sits, half of the flax. And the wrong part is entirely made of sitse tissue.
To begin with, I do the measurements of the pillow, I cut the details of the front of the pillowcase and stitch them. By the way. If you do not know how you can sew pillowcase with the valve, for you.
For further work, I will need a decorative napkin, two wide brushes from a synthetic pile, scissors and special adhesive for decoupage on textiles.
How to perform decoupage on the fabric with your own hands
Now from the napkin it is necessary to cut the most motives, which are then needed to bundle, leaving only the upper colorful layer of the napkin.
Then begins the most, in my opinion, an interesting part of the work. According to the manufacturer of the manufacturer of glue for decoupage on textiles, I first apply a rich layer of glue into the place of the alleged placement of the motive, trying to impregnate the tissue with glue.
In order for the glue not staining the surface for which you work, you can pre-appear it with a glue or simply put a normal cellophane file under the operation.
Now I neatly apply the carved motif to the missing glue of the tissue, catching over the napkins another layer of glue and at the same time smoothing the motive. The napkin must be tightly pressed to the fabric, but at the same time try not to stretch it so as not to damage the motive.
When all carved drawings are pasted, it is necessary to dry the fabric during the day. And then try with the inside hot iron in the "Cotton" mode for about 5 minutes to secure the motifs.
After the part of the front part of the pillowcase is ready, I cut out the outstanding details from the Citz and stitching the pillowcase.

Caring for products made in tissue decoupage technique
This pillowcase can be used, using the delicate washing mode, in a washing machine. Stroking the product made in the decoupage technique on the fabric, it is necessary only from the inside. The rest of the textiles decorated with decoupage does not require some special care.
