- Wheat flour - 550 g
- Water - 350 ml

Show seams down on the baking tray, covered with parchment. Lubricate a whipped egg, sprinkle with sesame. Bake at a temperature of 200-210 degrees 15-20 minutes. I baked 15 minutes, then switched to the grill and baked another 5-7 minutes.
