I bring to your attention my experience in the painting of furniture. Furniture has drawn for giving. Drew long and stubbornly into rare free hours and days for several months. Of course, it is difficult to call a classic master class, since I painted furniture so carefully in the first (and most likely to last).

So, let us be proceeding, we will need:

1. In stock An old furniture was available: a bookcase and a cabinet made from a dark brown chipboard.

2. The color did not suit me, and I decided to repaint furniture. Previously cleaned the surface with coarse sandpaper, degreased. For painting, used acrylic paint for walls with the addition of a kolator (ocher). Painted in several layers. In general, this is the most time-consuming stage - surface preparation.

The quality of the LDSP was different, and for the cabinet I had to first equalize everything with a putty and only then grin.

3. The next stage is sketches. I was a little simpler, since I initially conceived this project for the painting, which conquered me a few months ago. It was painted from the historical museum that on Red Square. Seeing painting for the first time, I realized that I fell in love. I was worth only to close my eyes and these unusual, fabulous, patterned walls, ceiling, columns arose in front of me ...

I will not more bomb you with delights and descriptions, especially since you have already understood that I decorated the furniture on the reaches of my favorite pattern from the historical museum :)

So, proceed to the painting. We apply a pencil drawing. We make a frame. The geometry of the picture is trying to observe with the help of reference points, as the drawing must be duplicated on the doors (I had six doors!).

4. Cray frame. So that the frames were more than more than, I used the molar tape. Frames I painted with two acrylic paints: English red and copper metallic.

5. Next, draw the main green pattern. For the painting, I used the Plaid acrylic paints (which were ... So do not be surprised that some paints for glass - if acrylic is designed for glass, then on a tree or cubed laminate laminate without problems).

6. We paint bright colored elements of the pattern.

7. The final stage of the painting is toning. I toned only a green painting. First, made a dark green stroke, and then added a little yellow in the middle of the pattern.

8. After everything dry (12-24 hours), can be covered with varnish.
